location

Steubenstrasse was laid out in the 1930s. It connects Brucknerallee and Gartenstrasse.

architecture

It is a free-standing, two-storey villa building with a rectangular structure that was built in 1935. In connection with the buildings in the surrounding residential area, the stately home takes on an important function and is worth protecting as a characteristic example of traditional construction from the 1930s.
