Steven Hunt (born April 16, 1990 in Ajax ) is a Canadian volleyball player .

Career

Hunt began playing volleyball while at Donald A. Wilson Secondary School. From 2006 to 2008 he played for the Toronto Volleyball Club as a teenager . He then studied with a scholarship at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa . There was used in the university team of the Warriors, which reached the semi-finals in 2010 and the quarter-finals in 2011. After completing his studies, the external attacker switched to the Greek club GC Lamia in 2012 . In 2013 he was taken over by the German Bundesliga club evivo DürenCommitted. In the first season with Düren, he reached fifth place in the Bundesliga. At the end of January 2015, his contract with the SWD Powervolleys was terminated. Hunt is returning to Canada for personal reasons.
