Stifting (Graz)

Stifting , also called Stiftingtal, is a cadastral community of Graz .

It is nestled between the Leechwald recreation area and the Ries . Neighboring districts are Ragnitz and Mariatrost . In comparison to the two neighboring districts, Stifting was able to preserve a lot of green space, while Ragnitz and Mariatrost have a high level of development. Through the Medical University of Graz (MedCampus Graz) and the State Hospital Graz ( LKH Graz ), Stifting owns two very important infrastructure facilities in the State of Styria.

The beginning of Stifting can be reached by tram line 7, the bus lines 64 and 64E open up Stifting to Schaftal .
