The Wendpunkt Foundation is a Christian social enterprise with headquarters in Muhen, Switzerland, and operations at several locations in the canton of Aargau . It has existed since 1993 and has three subsidiaries. Sales are around CHF 28 million and equity is CHF 13 million. The offers for professional and social integration include:

  • Temporary employment programs for job seekers, school leavers and asylum seekers
  • Integration program, part-wage and long-term jobs for social welfare recipients
  • Assessment of potential for labor market integration
  • Integration and professional measures on behalf of the IV
  • Protected place for people with a mental performance impact
  • Coaching vocational training
  • assisted , partially assisted and accompanied living
  • day care center

The total of 900 work, clarification, training, living and day-care places are managed by 200 specialists. The Wendpunkt foundation is ISO-9001-, SODK Ost + and eduQua- certified and a partner of the federal government, canton, municipalities and business. A wide range of services in a wide variety of areas enables people to be promoted in a targeted manner and orders to be carried out under market conditions.

The foundation has three subsidiaries:

  • Doppelpunkt AG (general contracting, architecture, carpentry and painting)
  • Drehpunkt GmbH (personnel recruitment and leasing)
  • SOVA Social Value GmbH
