A passionate foundation
The " Foundation with Passion - Foundation for Innovation and Promotion in Diaconal Work " was established in 2001 as a foundation of the Evangelical Johanneswerk . It mainly helps older people and families who have to live in poverty . It supports projects for children and people with disabilities as well as projects in the field of dementia . Ingo habenicht is the chairman of the board. Claudia Schröder is the managing director.
The foundation with passion is a church foundation with legal capacity under civil law and recognized as a Protestant foundation by resolution of the regional church office of the Evangelical Church of Westphalia. She is a member of the Diaconal Work of the Evangelical Church of Westphalia.
According to the statutes, the purpose of the foundation is to support people in need, especially in the fields of work of the Evangelical Johanneswerk such as work for the elderly, work for the disabled, educational work for children and young people and the health sector. The foundation pursues exclusively and directly non-profit / charitable purposes.
