Edwar Estiver "Stiver" Ortiz Caro (born August 12, 1980 ) is a Colombian road cyclist.
Stiver Ortíz won the third stage of the Vuelta a los Santanderes in 2007. The next year he was successful in a section of the Clásica del Meta, where he also came third overall. In the 2009 season Ortíz and his team GW-Shimano-Chec-Edeq won the prologue at the Vuelta a Colombia , which was held as a team time trial. In 2009 he also won a stage at the Clásica Nacional Marco Fidel Suárez and at the Vuelta a Bolivia as well as the overall ranking of the Vuelta a Santander. In 2010 he won the overall classification and a stage of the Tour de Santa Catarina . In the following years he also won stages of the Tour of Colombia and Bolivia.
