The Stopselzieher via ferrata is part of the fastest approach to the Zugspitze and runs through the Stopselzieher , a naturally washed-out channel on the west side of the Zugspitze. From the Wiener Neustädter Hut , the Zugspitze can be reached via the steep path in around 2.5 to 3 hours. The via ferrata is rated as easy.
