Stream Tower

The Stream Tower is a high-rise office building under construction in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin ( Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district ). The approximately 90-meter-high tower is part of the new Mediaspree site and provides the online mail order company Zalando as the main tenant.

Planning and construction

Designed by the Berlin architects Gewers Pudewill, the new high-rise building with around 50,000 square meters of gross floor area is to be completed in 2021. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 6, 2019. The building with its 24 floors is staggered from the seventh floor onwards and is referred to by the architects as an “urban sculpture”.
