Sublunar

Sublunar (Latin sub 'under' and luna 'moon') refers to:

• the earthly spheres according to Aristotle, see Cosmology of the Middle Ages #The sublunar spheres
• Sublunar point , the point on the earth's surface that is exactly below the moon (the point at which the moon is at its zenith)
• Sublunar libration point , the Earth-facing Lagrange point L _{1 of} the moon
