Personal
Mimula was born in 1984 in Fukaya, Saitama Prefecture. She graduated from Inagakuen Middle and High School in Saitama Prefecture, after which she worked as a model for haircuts, among other things. In 2003 she auditioned successfully for the female lead in the television drama Beginā and started her career as an actress. The following year she starred in the two television dramas FIRE BOYS 〜megumi no daigo〜 and Rikon Bengoshi , which made her appear in three television series within a very short time. A two-year hiatus followed in late 2006, until it finally returned to the screens in 2008 with the television drama Saitō-san . In the following year she received the role of the female heroine again in the drama Zeni Geba . She made her film debut in 2004 in Umineko , followed by her first major leading role in The Call 2 in 2005 . In addition to television dramas and films, she also shot several commercials.
Your stage name Mimula comes from the children's series Moomins , more precisely it came from the figure of Mymla . In Japanese transliteration , Mymla becomes ミ ム ラ (Mimula) , which is why the syllable ラ in this case is also transcribed with la instead of ra as is usual .
