Super 301

Super 301 is the name of section 301 of the American Trade Act of 1974 ( section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 ). The paragraph provides sanctions for states that do not grant US companies fair access to their own market. For example, Japan should be forced to open the market in the 1990s . Section 301 was extended several times, but expired in 2002.
