Superior Records was an American record label . It was founded as a sub-label by Gennett Records in 1930 , but was discontinued two years later.

Gennett was one of the most successful labels of the 1920s. Superior was just a short-lived project that Gennett began in 1930. The published material was mainly recordings from Gennett's and Superiors sister label Champion Records - only a few songs were originally released under the name Superior. Often pseudonyms were also used for the artists. In 1932 the label was discontinued and in 1934 Gennett and Champion were taken over by Decca Records .
