Susan Johnson

Susan Johnson (* 19xx) is a Canadian , Lutheran minister and senior bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC).

Life

After finishing school, Johnson studied Lutheran theology . After her ordination as pastor, Johnson worked from 2001 to 2005 as a consultant to the bishop of the ELCIC's Eastern Synod. On Michaelmas 2007, Anglican and Lutheran bishops took part in their episcopal ordination in Winnipeg as National Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada . Her predecessor was Bishop Raymond Schultz .

In July 2010, Johnson was elected as deputy in the Lutheran World Federation in Stuttgart along with seven other clergy .
