The SWICA Holding , based in Winterthur is on sickness and accident specialized Swiss insurance company . It emerged from the 1992 merger of the four health insurers OSKA , ZOKU , SBKK and Panorama . The Swica Group employs 1,929 people at its around 50 locations and achieved premium income of 4.9 billion Swiss francs in 2019.
