The SWICA Holding , based in Winterthur is on sickness and accident specialized Swiss insurance company . It emerged from the 1992 merger of the four health insurers OSKA , ZOKU , SBKK and Panorama . The Swica Group employs 1,929 people at its around 50 locations and achieved premium income of 4.9 billion Swiss francs in 2019. Its headquarters in Winterthur is located in the Swica office building east of the city center; the bus station there on line 1 is named after the company.
