Swisselectric

The "Organization of the Swiss Electricity Network Companies" (Swisselectric) was an association of the Swiss electricity network companies .

Swisselectric was founded in 2002 by Atel Holding , BKW Energie , Centralschweizerische Kraftwerke AG , Elektrizitätsgesellschaft Laufenburg , EOS Holding and Nordostschweizerische Kraftwerke AG with the aim of promoting the implementation of the Electricity Market Act . After the adoption of the Energy Strategy 2050 , Swisselectric was dissolved at the end of 2017.
