Symmetrical

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A symmetrical is the set of points that are equidistant from two geometric objects .

Special cases are the line symmetrals (vertical lines) as symmetrals of two points and the angle symmetrals (bisector) as symmetrals of two straight lines.

The symmetry of three points is the center of the circumference , the symmetry of three straight lines is the center of the inscribed circle . This also applies to more than three points or straight lines, in which case the perimeter or inscribed circle does not have to exist.
