Syn (mythology)

Syn (Old Norse. Also Sygn ) belongs to the Germanic mythology the race of goddesses on. Syn is the goddess of justice, she oversees court hearings so that nobody withholds the truth. She is also the servant of the goddess Frigg . Syn is said to have kept watch at the gates of Wingolf's palace and fended off unwanted strangers.
