The synagogue in Leuven ( Lewin Brzeski in Polish ), a town in the Brzeski powiat in the Opole Voivodeship in southern Poland , was built in 1906/07.

The synagogue in Bahnhofstrasse with two onion domes was inaugurated in 1907 by the then Opole rabbi Leo Baeck .

During the November pogrom in 1938 , the synagogue was set on fire and soon afterwards demolished.
