Synagogue in Bolesławiec

The synagogue in Bolesławiec (Polish: Bolesławiec ), a Polish city in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship , was built from 1876 to 1878. The synagogue was on the pond promenade, today Kubik-Strasse.

The new synagogue in oriental style , made of red bricks and provided with a dome , replaced a prayer room set up in a private house around 1825.

The synagogue building was set on fire during the November pogroms in 1938 . Today there is a green area on the synagogue site.
