Synagogue (Oslo)
The synagogue in Oslo , the capital of Norway , was built in 1920. The synagogue at Bergstien 13 was built in the Art Deco style.

The Jewish community in Oslo was officially established in 1892.
The synagogue was preserved undamaged because the German occupiers had set up a depot for cult objects and the like in it during World War II .
On September 17, 2006, shots were fired at the synagogue, but no one was injured.
On June 9, 2009, King Harald V paid an official visit to the Jewish community.
