System constellation
System constellation (also systemic constellation ) describes a method of systemic therapy in which people or alternatively figures representing members or entities (parts, aspects) of a (usually social ) system are selected from an existing group and then representatively related to each other in a real space be set up.
A distinction is made depending on the system:
- Family system: family constellation (also family constellations )
- Organizational system: organizational list
- Abstracted system: (systemic) structure constellation .
System constellations are not role-playing games. System constellations are primarily concerned with mapping or recognizing (possibly dysfunctional) relationship structures.
