Business history

The long-standing shop in the part of Frankfurt-Bockenheim , which is heavily populated with migrants, was given up in 2004 in favor of the headquarters in Münchener Straße, a central shopping street in the city. The mail order business runs through an internet shop and large-format advertisements in the European editions of Turkish-language newspapers. In its beginnings, the book house also acted under its name Türk Kitapevi as a publisher for Turkish-language books with a focus on German-Turkish topics. The publishing business has been operating under Gül Yayınları since 1989 .
