t1p.de is a short URL service that is widespread in the German-speaking area and operated from Germany , which can also be used via the Internet addresses ogy.de , 0cn.de and kurzelinks.de . The service was published in 2011 and focuses on data protection and data security . It is used, among other things, by public bodies such as the Foreign Office , German embassies , police authorities and press agencies.
Service description
The short URL service enables long URLs to be shortened . Here, some optionally usable additional functions, such as a dereferrer function, are offered, which are intended to protect the privacy of the users.
