TAFKA

TAFKA or tafka is an acronym from the expression "The artist formerly known as ..." ( English : "The artist, formerly known as ..." ). The term goes back to the artist Prince , who for some time did not publish his works under his well-known artist name at the end of the 20th century, where he was instead referred to as "The Artist Formerly Known As Prince" , TAFKAP for short .

This abbreviation then became a common term as a reference for name changes, such as. B. occur more frequently with internet nicknames .
