The TA Abfall ( Technical Instructions on Waste) was the second general administrative regulation for the Waste Act . It was issued on April 10, 1990 and, after an amendment and correction, published in a new version of March 12, 1991. The subject of regulation was requirements for the recovery and other disposal of waste requiring special monitoring in accordance with the state of the art, as well as related regulations that were necessary to protect the public interest. In the course of the reorganization of the landfill law, it was repealed by the general administrative regulation on the repeal of administrative regulations on landfill law of April 27, 2009 and with effect from July 16, 2009; its subject matter is continued by the Landfill Ordinance of April 27, 2009.
