history
The company was founded in May 1987. It includes the district heating and biogas business areas. According to the annual report for 2014, the company achieved sales of almost EUR 190 million and had 44,353 customers with 87 employees. The main shareholder is TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG with 86% , the remaining 14% are owned by the municipality of Innsbruck.
