A tablet ejection aid is a mechanical device for pressing tablets out of the blister pack . With the prescribable aid , tablets can be pushed out of their packaging without effort, even with one hand.

The mode of operation corresponds to that of a pitter . The blister is placed in the tablet expressing aid in such a way that a bowl with the tablet comes to rest over the opening of a container, then the lid of the expressing aid is pressed shut.
