Taddy Blecher

Taddy Blecher (* 1967 in Johannesburg ) is a South African university professor and education activist.

Life

Taddy Blecher was born in Johannesburg in 1967. In 1999 he co-founded the CIDA City Campus University Johannesburg. In this, the students are charged much lower tuition fees than is common across the country. He has also founded other educational institutions. Thanks to his work, more than 600,000 South Africans have been trained in courses. He was awarded two honorary doctorates for his commitment.
