Takashi Hoshide
Takashi Hoshide ( Japanese 星 出 尚志 , Hoshide Takashi ; * 1962 in Yamaguchi , Japan ) is a contemporary Japanese composer .
During his school days he played the trombone and conducted a wind orchestra. During his university stay, he was mainly concerned with the possibilities of the synthesizer and therefore built a whole studio with a few computers at home. After completing his studies, he initially worked for a music publisher, where he dealt with the scores for wind orchestra. That was the trigger that he also dealt with this medium compositionally. In addition to the brass band music, he composes musicals and works for ceremonies.
