Tarantula was a brand of car from Zimbabwe .
Brand history
The Suters company from Gweru started producing automobiles in 1980 under a license from Nova Cars . The brand name was Tarantula . Production ended in 1989.
vehicles
The only model was a flat coupe . Instead of side doors, the entire roof was folded forward. The chassis of the VW Beetle formed the basis .
