Under collective bargaining refers to all questions related to the negotiation or conclusion of collective agreements are relevant or can be. The main framework conditions for this are specified in the collective bargaining agreement . The collective bargaining policy deals with questions of wage determination (categorization, allowances, surcharges, amount of wages ...) and the general labor law conditions (vacation, pension, days off on special occasions ...). The collective bargaining policy of an organization ( trade union , employers' association ) ultimately manifests itself in collective bargaining and the collective agreement.
