Tatiana Bilbao Spamer (* 1972 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican architect . Her works include the Culiacan Botanical Garden and the exhibition hall in a park in Jinhua . She studied at the Universidad Iberoamericana and graduated with honors in 1996.

In 2007 Design Vanguard recognized her as one of the most innovative architects in the world.

In 2012 she was awarded the Berlin Art Prize and in 2014 the Global Award for Sustainable Architecture .
