Technology usage path

The term technology usage path describes the process of technology development as a result of conflicts , competitions and discourses of many actors .

It becomes recognizable, and thus the historical stages of the development and use of information technology , by considering the interactions between organizations and IT systems over time. The aim is to use technology path analysis from the development of innovation processes in the past to make the interactions between IT developments and forms of technology use in organizations transparent and to derive systematic findings, development paths and probabilities for the present and future from this.
