Technotise (comic)

Technotise is a 1999/2001 published science fiction - comic by Aleksa Gajić and Darko Grkinić . The comic has 68 pages and was published by System Comics. The comic was continued with the film Technotise . The main character also appeared in the music video Bombona? whose music is also from Gajić.

action

The action takes place in the greatly changed Belgrade in the year 2047. The archeology student Edit M. Stefanovic and her professor are looking for a tunnel under the Danube that was blown up in 1739 by the retreating Austrian troops. Huge riches are said to pile up there, like the remains of a zoological garden. The first exploration of a possible entrance, in the fairway of semi-legal canal works, is a failure. Edits professor is later murdered, which puts her in distress because she previously threatened him. Finally, Edit and her friends find the right entrance to the tunnel, but they are not the first there.

Creation and publication

The comic was created in 1998 as a thesis at the Faculty of Applied Arts. Aleksa Gajić realized the story of Darko Grkinić in drawings. The comic was successful in Serbia due to the accompanying music video, so that the comic was filmed in 2009.
