Telecommunication line

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Telecommunications lines are according to § 3 Nr. 26 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) below or above ground guided telecommunication cable systems including their associated switching and branching devices , masts and supports, cable ducts and cable ducts.

The term is of great importance in connection with the right to use land to accommodate such lines within the meaning of Sections 68 and 76 TKG.

Telecommunication connections that are not wired (e.g. radio connections ) do not belong to the telecommunication lines within the meaning of the TKG.
