Temazcalteci

Temazcalteci was the goddess of the Aztec steam bath in Aztec mythology . According to Bernardino de Sahagún , who assigns her name to Coatlicue , Temazcalteci was also the goddess of medicine, the heart of the earth and the mother of the gods. Associated with labor and war, she was worshiped by doctors and surgeons as well as by owners of steam rooms.
