Appointment list

After IPMA including appointment list dates and operations of projects , wherein the events relate to start or end events of the processes. The appointment list thus describes a workflow as a temporal chain. The corresponding English term is schedule . The graphic equivalent is a bar chart ( English bar chart or Gantt chart ).

According to the REFA definition of the term, the list is used to monitor deadlines : the initial target dates are compared with the actual dates reported.
