An appointment authorization is the authorization for individual procedural acts , Section 83 of the Code of Civil Procedure . She is excluded in legal proceedings. In the party process, however , the appointment power of attorney is possible, it entitles the proxy to all procedural acts occurring in the court hearing . The power of attorney expires when the procedural acts are carried out.
