Thuringian School Act
The Thuringian School Act of August 6, 1993 (GVBl. P. 445) in the version published on April 30, 2003 (GVBl. P. 238) last amended by Article 5 of the law of January 31, 2013 (GVBl. P. 22 , 23) regulates school law and the school system in Thuringia .
The law determines, among other things, the right to school education (Section 1), the right to freedom of expression for pupils (Section 26), the participation of pupils (Section 28) and the right of parents to information and advice (Section 31) and to Participation (§ 32).
