The Larks , also known as Don Julian And The Larks , was an American rhythm and blues trio.
Band history
The singer Don Julian founded the group The Meadowlarks in the mid-1950s and had a greater success in 1955 with the song Heaven and Paradise . In the early 1960s he founded the vocal trio The Larks. This group had their only top ten hit in 1964 with the song The Jerk , which reached number 7 on the US charts.
