The sixth of seven seasons of The Taste started on October 10, 2018. The show will again be hosted by Christine Henning. As in the previous season, the jury consists of TV chefs Alexander Herrmann, Frank Rosin, Cornelia Poletto and Roland Trettl.

The season winner was the florist Gary from the Roland Trettl team.

Notes and additional information

• In episode 7, Frank Rosin suffered an allergic reaction after trying one of the secret ingredients. For this reason, he did not taste or rate the spoons of solo cooking, which is why only three gold and three red stars were awarded.
• The Cornelia Poletto team was disbanded after the semi-finals, as the last candidate was eliminated from the team.
