Theater fish & plastic

The Theater Fish & Plastic is an experimental free Munich theater group, which is known for its unusual venues.

Fisch & Plastik was founded in 1993 by Eos Schopohl , responsible for direction and production, Boris Heczko (dramaturgy) and the set designer Lucia Nussbächer .

The performances of the theater group repeatedly attract attention in the Bavarian region. The 1996 production Transit Heimat / Gedeckte Tische - a journey with Gorky's summer guests in the Munich-Giesing train station was celebrated by the Münchner Merkur as a “furious theater” and by the Süddeutsche Zeitung as a “theater festival” and was awarded the tz rose and the AZ star of the Year awarded

The themes of the theater are historical as well as current social ones.
