Theodosiopolis
Theodosiopolis (Greek Θεοδοσιούπολις ) is the name of several cities that were founded or re-established in late antiquity by the Roman emperors Theodosius I or Theodosius II . These include:
- Theodosiopolis in Armenia, today Erzurum in Turkey
- Theodosiopolis in Arcadia in Egypt, see Tebtynis (or Tebtunis), at today's Tell Umm el-Baragat in the governorate of Al-Fayyum in Egypt
