Theogenes was a man between 218 BC. BC and 207 BC Chr. Repeatedly testified Dioiketes (head of the central authorities) Egypt under Ptolemy IV . This fact is seen in research as evidence of a continuous and efficient administration of the Egyptian Ptolemaic Empire .
