Thibilis is a Numidian city ​​in the Guelmas region of northeast Algeria .

The city is located 18 km south of Guelma (Calama). In the northern part of the city a small forum (27 x 12 m) is still relatively well preserved and in the southern part of the city a triumphal arch , which was built in the third century. Besides the Roman ruins, there is also a Byzantine basilica and the remains of a large Byzantine citadel .
