Thom van Dulmen (born March 3, 1985 in Didam ) is a former Dutch cyclist .
Thom van Dulmen began his career in 2004 with the Dutch cycling team Löwik Meubelen-Tegeltoko . In his first season there he was national U23 time trial champion. In 2005 he moved to Rabobank Continental , where he defended his championship title and won the Ronde van Limburg . In 2006 he won a stage at the Ronde van Vlaams-Brabant and in 2007 he was successful with the team in the team time trial of the Tour d'Alsace . In 2010 he ended his cycling career.
