Thomas Langton

Thomas Langton († January 27, 1501 ) was Bishop of St. Davids , Salisbury and Winchester .

Langton was elected Bishop of St Davids in 1483 and consecrated in August / September. On February 8, 1485 he was also given the office of Bishop of Salisbury. He was named Bishop of Winchester on March 13, 1493. Five days before his death he was elected Archbishop of Canterbury , but no longer consecrated.
