Three Seas Writers 'and Translators' Council , ( TSWTC ) was a cooperation of writers 'and translators' associations from the countries around the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea and the Aegean Sea.

The TSWTC cooperates with the International Center for Writers and Translators in Rhodes . Once a year the general assembly took place in Rhodes.

The council awarded scholarships to writers and translators. The association was dissolved in spring 2020.
