Tian Lipu

Tian Lipu (born October 1953 in Anguo , Hebei ) is a Chinese natural scientist.

Tian studied at the Chinese University of Science and Technology , from which he graduated with a Master of Science . From May 1981 to March 1998 he worked for the Chinese Patent Office. He then joined the State Intellectual Property Office , where he was named Vice President in March 2001 and President in June 2005.
