Civil engineering law

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The civil law is part of the construction law , in particular the private building law , which deals with all legal issues of buildings and construction services that come under the ground to run or stand with the building in context. That is why one often speaks of "building land and civil engineering law".

The subject of civil engineering science is the problems of building contract law , taking into account the peculiarities of civil engineering , the legal treatment of the building site and the systemic risk, as well as building neighboring law , insofar as building measures - such as the introduction of "anchors" or take-away - affect neighboring properties .

The subject of civil engineering practice is the legal support of the planning, tendering, awarding and implementation of construction services, especially for tunnel construction, special civil engineering, earthworks, road construction, sewer construction, track construction, hydraulic engineering and landscaping.
